The Dispatch Driver app serves as a comprehensive tool for private hire, taxi, chauffeur, and limousine drivers to efficiently manage their bookings in coordination with their dispatching company through the Dispatch booking system. It allows authorized drivers to log in and out of shifts, receive incoming bookings, and update the status of active jobs in real time. The application facilitates the management of booking payments—including fares, waiting time charges, parking fees, extras, and credit card processing—while also enabling the recording of cash transactions and electronic payment processing.

This application provides seamless access to all pre-scheduled and immediate bookings from any location at any time, enhancing flexibility and operational efficiency.

The integration of location tracking offers real-time visibility of all authorized drivers' positions via a map interface within the Dispatch system. All updates regarding booking statuses are synchronized instantly, allowing dispatch personnel to monitor ongoing jobs seamlessly.

Getting started is straightforward: download the app and input your company's registration number along with your driver ID. Please note that your company must be registered with Dispatch prior to use.

It is recommended to be mindful of battery consumption; continuous GPS use can significantly reduce device battery life. To conserve power, ensure you sign off when not on duty to disable background location tracking.
